Returns + Exchanges

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Customers are required to provide clear photos or videos of the issue when submitting a return or exchange request. Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or customer negligence are not eligible for return or exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
